Synergy Outdoor Living’s Response to COVID-19

To all of our loyal customers throughout Florida, we hope you are doing everything possible to stay safe during these uncertain times. The health of our clients and employees is our top priority. While we understand that social distancing isn’t great, we feel your outdoor space can be a sanctuary for your family during this time of isolation.

Due to the effects of COVID-19, we have implemented additional safety practices to adhere to current health and safety policies, in conjunction with our current health standards for our staff. Regular cleaning, hand washing, and safety equipment are protecting our staff every day. We have also updated our daily operations by instituting a no contact/ no entry policy. This simply means that we will not be in contact with your family and we will not enter your home during our project, we won’t even ring the doorbell when we arrive.

Until further notice, Synergy Outdoor Living will be open regular hours. We are still accepting new and future quotes and our outdoor kitchen buildouts are continuing as scheduled. That said, we are rescheduling as needed, and we are offering flexible deposits and payment plans for our clients. As a special thank you to our first responders and military members we also are offering a special discount. You’ve more than earned your at-home sanctuary. Thank you for all you do for us. 

Additionally, our installation team will remain completely outdoors away from your family.  If the need arises to discuss a part of the installation we will keep our 6 foot distance at all times and remain outdoors. For social distancing, you may notice us wave through the window instead of a good handshake; feel free to wave or air-five back so we can have a little fun during this stressful time.

You and your family’s safety is one of our top priorities.  If you have any questions or concerns about your upcoming project, do not hesitate to give us a call.

Finally, we do a complete cleaning on all hard surfaces of our project before we leave your home. This ensures we leave nothing behind except your beautiful (and safe) outdoor sanctuary.

As a locally-operated business, we ask that you please keep smaller companies in mind during this time.
