Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus  

This super-easy side dish is as easy to prepare as it is to grill! Simply toss asparagus in olive oil with a pinch of salt and pepper and wrap a piece of bacon around each spear.  

If needed, secure the ends with toothpicks. Grill uncovered over medium heat until the bacon is cooked through and crisp, about 4-6 minutes on each side. Done!

Cedar Plank Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms  

These bacon, pork, pepper, and onion stuffed mushrooms are so hearty that it could be the main dish for a light dinner with a side salad and some potato wedges.  

 Grill master tip: when grilling with cedar planks, make sure to soak them for at least an hour before grilling so they don’t burn!

Grilled Peppers and Zucchini  

This simple yet versatile side dish is so easy to prepare but is delicious! Plus, grilling the veggies in a foil packet means that there is one less dish to wash.  

  •  Simply julienne 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, and 2 medium-sized zucchini and place them on a double layer of heavy-duty tin foil.  
  • Dot with butter and drizzle with soy sauce.  
  • Sprinkle your favorite seasonings on top, such as salt and pepper,  
  • Fold the foil around the vegetables and seal tightly.  
  • Grill covered over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the vegetables are tender.

Grilled Cabbage 

This easy side dish doesn’t skimp on the flavor at all!  

  •  Cut the head of cabbage into eight wedges, and spread butter on the cut sides.  
  • Season lightly with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.  
  • Place wedges on a piece of heavy-duty foil (make sure that there is enough to fold up around the cabbage) and fold the foil around the cabbage and seal tightly.  
  • Grill foil packet, covered, over medium heat until the cabbage is tender.
